Every business has different requirements. Tell us what you need, and we will develop a suitable service proposal and quotation based on your project scope, workload and objectives.

Engagement types

Choose the arrangement that fits the work

There are no compulsory packages, fixed starting prices or mandatory minimum project values. You can request any of the following, or tell us that you are not sure yet.

One-time tasks

A single assignment with a clear deliverable, agreed price and completion date.

  • Fixed price agreed upfront
  • Clear scope and deliverable
  • Ideal for defined, standalone work
  • No ongoing commitment

Example: Clean and format a spreadsheet of 500 records, deliver in agreed template.

Small & ad-hoc work

Occasional tasks and limited assistance, without a recurring commitment.

  • Pay for what you use
  • Flexible scheduling
  • No minimum hours or retainer
  • Good for irregular workload

Example: A few hours each month updating contact records when needed.

Fixed-scope projects

A defined piece of work with agreed scope, milestones, timescale and project fee.

  • Written scope and milestones
  • Fixed project fee
  • Agreed timeline with checkpoints
  • Change process if scope moves

Example: Migrate 2,000 products to a new platform over 6 weeks with staged reviews.

Short-term projects

Focused support for a limited period, such as a launch, migration or backlog.

  • Time-boxed engagement (weeks or months)
  • Dedicated capacity for the period
  • Ideal for peaks, launches or backlogs
  • Clear end date with handover

Example: 8 weeks of daily support during a system migration and data cleanup.

Monthly managed services

Recurring support for an agreed scope of administration, data, e-commerce or operations work.

  • Agreed monthly scope and capacity
  • Regular reporting and reviews
  • Named team who know your work
  • Flexible adjustment as needs change

Example: Monthly management of product listings, inventory updates and order processing.

Long-term operational support

Ongoing delivery embedded into your routine operations, reviewed against agreed standards.

  • Embedded into your operations
  • Performance measured against standards
  • Continuous improvement focus
  • Strategic partnership approach

Example: Ongoing back-office operations with quarterly reviews and process improvements.

Dedicated team

A named team with agreed responsibilities, capacity, reporting and service arrangements.

  • Named individuals assigned to you
  • Agreed capacity and availability
  • Direct communication channels
  • Regular performance reporting

Example: A team of two dedicated to daily data processing and CRM management for your business.

Bespoke multi-service

A tailored programme that combines several services around one operational objective.

  • Combines multiple service types
  • Single point of contact
  • Tailored to your objective
  • Flexible scope that evolves

Example: E-commerce management plus data cleanup plus virtual admin under one coordinated programme.

Your quotation

What shapes the price

We quote after reviewing the actual requirement. The same service can need very different levels of effort depending on volume, systems and deadlines — so a fixed public price would either overcharge small tasks or under-deliver on complex ones.

When you enquire, tell us as much as you can about the tasks, expected volume, tools you use, required output and timing. If something is unclear, we will ask.

  • Workload and expected volume
  • Complexity and number of steps
  • Deliverables and output format
  • Resources and skills required
  • Deadlines and turnaround expectations
  • Duration and level of ongoing support

Want to see the quality before you proceed?

We offer a free sample for eligible services so you can understand our approach and assess the expected quality. Samples are subject to suitable source material and the nature of the service.

  • No payment for eligible samples
  • A reasonable, clearly scoped sample
  • Small representative work for larger assignments

We do not promise samples for services where a meaningful or safe sample is not possible. In those cases we will explain the alternative, such as a consultation or demonstration.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How the commercial side works.

Do I have to choose a monthly package?

No. There is no compulsory subscription or monthly commitment. You can request a one-time task, a small ad-hoc assignment, a fixed-scope project, short-term support, monthly managed services, long-term operational support, a dedicated team or a bespoke multi-service project.

Is there a minimum project value?

We do not publish a mandatory minimum project value. Every enquiry is assessed on its actual scope, and we will tell you if a one-off assignment is the most economical option.

What information do you need to quote?

The service you need, the tasks involved, expected volume, tools or systems, required output, your deadline and the type of engagement you have in mind. If you are unsure, describe the problem and we will help define the scope.

How is the price calculated?

Pricing depends on workload, complexity, volume, deliverables, the resources required, deadlines and engagement duration. Your proposal sets out the scope, price, timeline and assumptions.

Can I start with a small task?

Yes. Small and ad-hoc assignments are a normal part of how we work. You do not need to commit to ongoing support before trying our service.

Do you offer a free sample?

Yes, for eligible services. A sample is free and reasonably scoped, subject to suitable source material and the nature of the work. For larger assignments we provide a small representative sample. Where a meaningful sample is not possible, we will explain the alternative.

Can one project cover several services?

Yes. Bespoke multi-service projects can combine, for example, data management, e-commerce support and virtual assistance under one scope and one point of contact.

How do I request a quote?

Use the enquiry form or email enquiry@nexgenehub.co.uk with your requirements. We will acknowledge your enquiry and review what is needed before sending a proposal.
