Where your work lives
Client Portal
One place for the brief, the files, the checks and the reports on your engagement. Access is set up with you during onboarding, and it is limited to the people your team names.
Getting access
Portal access is part of onboarding, not something you sign up for on this page. When an engagement is agreed we set up the workspace, invite the people you name, and confirm in writing who can see what.
- Invitations go to named people only, and are removed when someone leaves your team
- Your document list, exception log and reports are the same records we work from
- If your company already has a preferred shared workspace, we work in yours instead

What is in it
The agreed brief
Scope, deliverables, definitions and acceptance criteria in one written document, so nobody is working from a different understanding.
Progress against the plan
What is queued, what is in delivery and what is complete, updated as work moves rather than only at the end of a period.
Questions and instructions
One thread per workstream with your named contact, so a clarification does not get lost between inboxes.
Reports and reviews
The check-in pack for the period: volume completed, exceptions raised, rework carried and anything we need from you.
Files, in and out
Source data, templates and delivered outputs kept in the agreed location, with the version you approved kept alongside them.
Confidentiality applied
Access limited to the team assigned to you, and the handling rules in our Privacy, GDPR and Terms pages stated in your brief.
Why it matters
The paper trail is the service
Outsourcing feels risky when the work disappears into someone else’s inbox. Written scope and shared records are what turn it into something you can supervise.
You can see the work
Status is visible while the task is running, so a misunderstanding surfaces in week one instead of at the end of a contract.
Decisions are recorded
When you approve a template or change a rule, it is written down once and applied thereafter — including by whoever picks up the task next.
Handover stays possible
If you bring the work back in-house or change provider, the brief, the templates and the history go with you. Ask us how that works before you commit.

Start with the work, not the software
Tell us what you need handled. You receive a proposal and quotation, and a free sample where the service allows — portal arrangements are settled during onboarding.
