Commitment
Accessibility statement
Our commitment to ensuring this website is accessible to all users, regardless of ability or technology.
Our commitment to accessibility
NexGen eHub Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which defines requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities including blindness, low vision, deafness, hearing loss, cognitive limitations, mobility impairments, speech disabilities, and photosensitivity.
Accessibility features on this website
This website implements the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML: Proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and structural elements help screen readers navigate content logically
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (links, buttons, forms) are accessible via keyboard without requiring a mouse
- Alt text for images: Decorative images use empty alt attributes; informative images include descriptive alternative text
- Colour contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
- Resizable text: Content remains functional when zoomed up to 200% using browser zoom controls
- Focus indicators: Visible focus states show which element currently has keyboard focus
- Reduced motion: Animations respect the user’s “prefers-reduced-motion” system preference
- Form labels: All form fields have associated labels or instructions to clarify their purpose
- Error identification: Form validation errors are clearly identified and described in text
- Consistent navigation: Navigation patterns remain consistent across all pages
- Language declaration: Page language is declared as English (en-GB) for screen readers and translation tools
- Accessible PDFs: Where we provide PDF documents, we aim to make them accessible or provide alternative formats on request
Light and dark mode
This website offers both light and dark colour modes to accommodate user preferences and reduce eye strain. The theme toggle in the header allows users to switch between modes at any time. Your preference is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
Known limitations
We strive to ensure all content is accessible. However, some older content may have limitations:
- Some third-party content embedded on our site (such as maps or videos) may not meet all accessibility standards
- PDF documents created before November 2026 may not be fully accessible; we are working to remediate these
- Very old blog posts or archived content may not meet current standards
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us (details below) and we will address it promptly.
