Using this website

This website provides general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free from error. You may use the site for lawful purposes only.

Enquiries and quotations

Every business has different requirements. We prepare a quotation after reviewing the actual scope, workload and objectives. It sets out the proposed deliverables, price, assumptions and timing. There is no compulsory package, fixed starting price or mandatory minimum project value, and no subscription is required to enquire.

A quotation is not a contract. No chargeable work begins until you accept the quotation in writing and we confirm acceptance. The accepted quotation, these terms and any signed service agreement form the agreement for that engagement.

Free samples

We offer free samples for eligible services, subject to suitable source material and the nature of the service. Samples are reasonably scoped and limited to a defined task. They must not require confidential information or unrestricted work. For larger assignments we provide a small representative sample rather than the full piece of work. Where a meaningful or safe sample is not possible, we will explain the alternative, such as a consultation or demonstration.

A sample is provided for evaluation only. It does not transfer ownership of our working methods, templates or materials, and it does not oblige either party to proceed.

Fees and payment

Fees, applicable taxes and payment terms are stated in the quotation or service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable in accordance with those terms. We do not take payment through this website.

Client responsibilities

• Provide instructions, access and source material needed for the work.
• Make sure you have the rights and permissions required for any data or content you share.
• Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly if access needs to change.
• Review deliverables and tell us about any issue within the agreed review period.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the engagement. Access is limited to people who need it to deliver the work. These obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.

Delivery arrangements

Client relationships, scoping, proposals and service oversight are managed from the United Kingdom. Delivery of operational work may be handled by our trained delivery teams, which may include external specialists where appropriate for the service type and requirements. All delivery arrangements maintain the confidentiality, quality and data protection standards set out in these terms and the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your materials. On payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, except third-party materials and our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. We may use general skills, experience and methods learned during an engagement.

Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in the applicable quotation or service agreement.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end an engagement in the circumstances set out in the applicable agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work properly performed and commitments already made before the ending takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use. The version that applies to an engagement is the version accepted with the quotation or included in the signed agreement.
