NexGen eHub Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. For personal information submitted through nexgenehub.co.uk, NexGen eHub Limited is the data controller.

Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, business email address, company, country (if you provide it), the service and engagement you are interested in (if selected), estimated workload, start timeframe, optional budget range, your requirement and whether you would like a free sample.
If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence so we can deal with your request. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access in server logs.
We do not use this website to collect payment details, and there is no customer account or checkout.
How we use it

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is required by law. Client project records and financial records are kept in line with the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold, correct it, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
