What it is like to work with us
Real feedback from the businesses we support, plus the project examples and references we can share during your enquiry.
What we can show you, and what we will not
NexGen eHub supports businesses across e-commerce, hospitality, real estate and operations-heavy sectors. Every engagement begins with a written scope, agreed deliverables and named people on both sides — which is what makes a result discussable rather than a matter of trust.
The reviews below are feedback we have actually received, quoted as they were sent. We have not written them for ourselves, we have not put star ratings about our own services into the page code for search engines to display, and we have not invented extras to fill a grid. Where a reviewer is shown by initials, that is their preference.
Examples of the work itself are on our worked examples page. Client names, documents and volumes are not published here or anywhere else; comparable briefs can be walked through during an enquiry, and a reference is offered only where that client has agreed to be contacted. What you do see while work is running is the record of it — the agreed brief, progress notes, files and review reports in the portal space we share with your team.

FAQ
Questions about evidence
What you can ask us to show, and what we are not able to publish.
Can I read your case studies?
You can read how a brief is framed on our worked examples page, which shows the tasks, what we need from you and how delivery is checked. The client-specific detail — names, documents, volumes and outcomes — is not published, because it belongs to the client. During an enquiry we can walk through a comparable brief in the same shape your project would take.
Can I speak to one of your clients?
Where that client has agreed to be contacted, yes — ask in your enquiry and we will tell you which references are available. If we have nothing comparable you can speak to, we will say so rather than dressing up a testimonial as a reference.
Do these reviews appear as star ratings in Google?
No. We do not mark up self-published ratings about our own services, which is a pattern search engines discount and which we cannot audit. The reviews sit on this page as quoted text from the people who wrote them, and that is all the claim being made.
What happens if delivered work misses the standard?
The acceptance criteria in your brief define the standard, so this is a documented question rather than a disagreement about quality. Work that does not meet it is corrected and re-checked at our cost, and the cause is addressed in the brief or the checklist so the same miss does not come back on the next batch.
How long has NexGen eHub been trading?
NexGen eHub Limited is a recently incorporated UK company. We do not describe a longer history than that. What we can describe is how the service is arranged: UK-managed oversight, our own trained delivery teams, documented workflows and quality checks on every engagement — and you can test that on a small piece of work before committing.
