Solutions
Data you can actually make decisions with
Entry, verification, cleaning, extraction and secure archiving — accurate records, maintained continuously rather than rescued annually.
The problem it solves
Bad data is expensive in a way that is hard to see. We treat accuracy as a process: sourced, verified, checked and archived, with an audit trail.
What you get
- Verified records with a quality score
- GDPR-aligned handling and retention
- Cleaner segmentation and reporting
- Less time spent reconciling sources

What we handle
Data tasks run against rules agreed before the first record moves, so the result is accurate in a way your team can check rather than simply finished.

How we check it
How a data job is verified, not just completed
Data work is judged by whether anyone can trust the result afterwards. So the checking rules are agreed before the first row moves, and the exceptions stay visible.
Define “correct” in writing
Field formats, duplicate rules, what counts as a usable record and what happens to a row that cannot be resolved.
Verify on a sample first
A representative slice is processed and reviewed against that definition. You sign it off before the volume runs.
Deliver with an exception list
Records that did not meet the standard are listed with their reason, rather than dropped silently or guessed at to make the count look tidy.
Leave the rules in place
The checks we used become the ongoing standard, so the next increment is verified the same way without starting over.
Reply within one business day. Larger migrations are scheduled in stages within the proposal, because verifying two hundred thousand records and verifying two thousand are different pieces of planning.
Try our work first
See the quality before you commit.
For eligible data work we process a slice of your own records against your definition of correct, before any volume run begins.
- No payment for eligible samples
- A small, representative piece of work
- Subject to suitable source material
A slice, verified to your rules
Send part of the dataset and the rules it has to satisfy. We return the processed sample with an exception list naming every record that did not meet them, and why.
Samples are never unrestricted free work. For larger assignments we provide a small representative sample instead of completing the full task.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about our data entry, verification and management services.
What types of data entry do you handle?
We handle all forms of data entry: manual input from paper or PDF documents, spreadsheet data entry, CRM updates, database migrations, product catalogue uploads, form processing, transcription, and bulk data imports. We work with Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, and most database platforms.
How do you ensure data accuracy and quality?
Every entry is quality-checked against source documents using systematic validation checks and review procedures. We use double-entry verification for critical data, random sampling audits, and clear error-reporting procedures. Discrepancies are flagged immediately for your review.
Is my data secure with your team?
Absolutely. All team members sign confidentiality agreements and work through encrypted connections. We follow GDPR-compliant data handling procedures, use secure file transfer methods, and can work within your existing security protocols. Data is never shared externally or used for other purposes.
Can you handle large volumes of data?
Volume is a scoping question rather than a limit. A few hundred records or several hundred thousand can be handled; what changes is the resourcing, not the approach. Larger runs get a dedicated lead and progress reports at the intervals agreed in your brief.
What file formats do you work with?
We work with all common formats: Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, Google Sheets, PDF, Word documents, images (for OCR extraction), JSON, XML, and database exports. If you use a proprietary format, we can usually import it or work with it directly.
Do you offer data cleaning and deduplication?
Yes. Beyond entry, we clean, standardise, and deduplicate existing datasets. This includes removing duplicates, standardising formats (dates, addresses, phone numbers), filling missing fields through research, and validating data against external sources where appropriate.
How quickly can you complete a data entry project?
Turnaround follows volume, complexity and how clean the source data is. A small, well-structured list can often come back quickly; a messy or large one needs a phased plan with milestones. Tell us the deadline in your enquiry — the date we commit to is the one we confirm as achievable after seeing the sample.
What about data verification and validation?
We offer verification services including cross-referencing against source documents, validating email addresses and phone numbers, checking addresses against postal databases, and verifying company information against public records. Each verification type is quoted separately.
Can you migrate data between systems?
Yes. We handle data migration between CRMs, databases, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms. This includes data mapping, transformation, cleansing before migration, and post-migration validation to ensure nothing is lost or corrupted.
Do you provide a sample before starting?
For eligible data entry projects, we complete a free sample using your actual data (redacted if sensitive). This lets you assess our accuracy, formatting, and turnaround before committing to the full project.
